Services are provided on an hourly basis or as fixed-price projects as agreed.
We offer a free initial consultation to assess your needs and provide a quote. This consultation does not obligate you to proceed with our services.
Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We operate primarily during evenings (Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm) and weekends (Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm), with flexible scheduling available.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Pricing varies based on the service and complexity. We will provide a clear quote before commencing any work.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If additional work beyond the original quote is required, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion.
In the unlikely event we need to cancel an appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule.
We guarantee our workmanship. If an issue arises directly from our service within a reasonable timeframe, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
We do not provide warranties for third-party equipment or software. Technology services inherently involve variables beyond our control.
While we take reasonable precautions, you are responsible for backing up your data before we perform any services. We are not liable for data loss.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for:

All documentation, guides, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal purposes but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.
We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may access your devices and networks as necessary to provide services but will not disclose any confidential information.

Either party may terminate services at any time with reasonable notice. You will be charged for services completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
